The Dazibao Prize

Launching of the book Performing an Archive by Suzy Lake, winner of the 2013 Dazibao Prize.
Screening of the documentary Suzy Lake: Playing with Time (2014, 62 minutes, color) by Annette Mangaard.
The screening will start at 7 pm

Suzy Lake is the recipient of the Dazibao Prize conferred in the context of the 2013 edition of the Mois de la Photo à Montréal (curator : Paul Wombell) and for which Suzy Lake presented the work Reduced Performing.

For each edition of the Mois de la Photo à Montréal, Dazibao confers a prize to an artist participating in the event and whose work is particularly significant. This prize consists in the realisation of a book in Dazibao’s Les portables series.
